Well hello there! I'm glad you decided to join us on this journey. I hope that you enjoy my writings. I used to really enjoy it, so I perhaps this will be just the project I need to begin the undertaking of helping this amazing man, my true love of my life, document and share this most incredulous exciting life with you, our audience. Meet Ray Pena, one of the most famous performing falconers in the United States since the death of his mentor Dr. Heinz Meng. He's been doing bird of prey programs for around 25 years and practicing falconry since its legalization in New York in the 1970s. I am fortunate to have him as a mentor and learn this craft, but more importantly, to share my life with him. We have our share of frustrations, heartaches, but more importantly a lot of laughter, smiles, and more than anything else, a lot of love.
